Alien Anomalies

Previously, I have thought of these sun images are pretty useless, however, it seems that they may capture not just the sun but other strange aerial phenomena.

This one has something really quite large and bright - as well as the sun. The original are quite small, (63 x 63) however, as we can see, the images are able to be enlarged quite a bit and so we can see the rough outline of the 'thing' which is at the bottom right corner and is roughly rod-shaped. It is also pretty bright to show up in a image along with the sun.

I do not think it is something on the lens otherwise we would probably see it in other sun images. I do not think it is a series of dead pixels either for the same reason.

Any theories as to what this could be are welcome.
