Science is so slow to move to a new position that there has to be overwhelming evidence before they will change their opinions. I doubt they will be looking at websites like this though.

Former NASA Scientist Richard Hoover shares revelations with journalist Lee Speigel from the Huffington Post. Hoover talks about the fact that someone may have destroyed evidence of life on Mars. This took place at the Open Minds 2014 International UFO Congress and Film Festival in Fountain Hills Arizona.
He also talks about water being discovered when Viking flew over.
May 28, 2002: Using instruments on NASA's 2001 Mars Odyssey spacecraft, surprised scientists have found enormous quantities of buried treasure lying just under the surface of Mars -- enough water ice to fill Lake Michigan twice over. And that may be only the tip of the iceberg.
"This is really amazing," says William Boynton of the University of Arizona. "This is the best direct evidence we have of subsurface water ice on Mars." Indeed, he added, "what we have found is much more ice than we ever expected."
Science now believes water travels around Mars via Ice which is then melted by salts, but I still firmly believe there are liquid oceans under the Martian surface and tidal forces bring some of the liquid to the surface as seen by the streaks and signs of flows, I don't think it rains on mars (at least not recently) but it does snow.

Yes, I agree. I dont think it rains there every day or every week, but I do think it could be every month or maybe it has a rainy season? There is evidence of pipework across the terrain so perhaps it is underground and the Martians bring it to the surface to water stuff? All speculation of course, but it does look like water has been there fairly recently.
