Ah, this is the rub were we may have the difference of opinion. If, for example ones "beliefs" include the idea that there is archealogical evidence on earth for the habitation of Mars and one could use this resource to determine what kind of features to look for and were to look for them. This 'belief" then would assist one in finding even more evidence to futher bolster the case for life on Mars. We are on the same page just going at it from different perspectives. One more example, If ones "beliefs" were that we have a spirtual componet to our phyiscal make up and this spirtual componet has the ablility to percieve objects, people etc. unincumbered by distance and time then this again would be an asset in discovering evenmore locations of possible anomolies on mars. Sicence and religon need not be separate.
Yes, we all have beliefs, but they do not necessarily have any bearing on what we are seing in the photographic evidence. This is what is meant I believe.
I Appreciate your input. And encourage you to not over look the sprititual component of our physical being. As in all things in nature and in life there are many facets and components to life. There is a link though scientfic knowledge that can lead us to a deeper understanding of who and what we are. I am very much still a show me the scientific proof kind of guy So, I really relate to where you are comming from. However, I have learned over the years that there are things that are not observable by science directly. A good example of this are black holes. If we are willing to approch unknown with an open mind we can come to a deeper understanding of the universe and the world we live in.
Chuck ur Getting spamy, to say the least. The kiss of death for anomaly hunting is dragging religion into the mix. Its a sure sign of no true understanding or wanting to adopt a more objective approach to this subject. A damaging post in my opinion, dragging anomalies under the bus of blind faith gives the wonderful excuse not to study and understand geological signatures on Mars and other planets. Anomaly hunting requires one to be proactive and not spam other peoples , sometimes confused, heavily commercially biased mutterings.
Interesting after all those words and quotes and links not a word is said about the anomalies in question.... Now that kinda makes my point! How about talking about the anomalies and a little less on the overt advertising.

I hope this letter finds you and your loved ones well. I have always had a quest for knowledge and a deeper understanding of the world we live in. I don’t shrink away from asking the hard questions whether it be spiritual, Physical or extraterrestrial in nature. I am a wide reader and in doing so I kept seeing reoccurring themes throughout my reading over the years. Iwould like to share with you two researchers, scholars, prophets and or scientists if you will, that stood out from the rest. Their ideas helped shape my perspective on God, the universe and the origin of mankind. These two independent individuals have come to many of the same conclusions from very different methods.
I have studied their methodology and checked their back ground and in my opinion their credentials and methodology are sound. They bring clarity and perspective to some of the deepest questions that mankind has been seeking, since looking up into the heavens and contemplating our existence. The two books authored by these individuals represent them stepping out of their comfort zones risking ridicule and rejection by their peers and society in an attempt to find the truth.
Please find these two books “Cosmic Voyage” and “The 12th Planet” listed in the reference section. Also find attached Mars images and their links from NASA and Malin space science systems. So, one can reference the source of the images.
I believe the answers we seek do not lie on the boundaries of any one discipline but in that gray murky area that lies in the crevasses between disciplines. Our problem is, as it has been since the beginning that one can see the tree and admire its complexity and beauty and spend a life time studying it. However, one can completely miss the forest in which it stands.
The other challenge is emotions run deep. It’s hard for anyone who has spent the better part of their life researching a particular theory, idea, belief, etc. to attempt to accept ideas that contradicts that realm of thought. And for researchers who receive grant monies for their project it can be a threat to his or her very livelihood. So, we stick to our guns and do what we know and are comfortable with and avoid those ideas that question or threaten our own reality.
I would encourage reading “Cosmic Voyage” first. I also would suggest reading the book from the beginning and avoid skipping to interesting chapters. The subject matter of the book is off the charts when it comes to anything resembling commonly accepted ideas.
The second book I would suggest reading is “The 12th Planet” it parallels the first in many ways. It’s however, a harder read. A back ground in Bible literature brings this book to life. It’s an absolutely astounding body of work that brings many of the stories of the bible to life through archeological means.I encourage the reader to read it with an open mind for the implications can be staggering.
I leave you with a few of my favorite quotes, some additional resources and wish you joy in this journey of discovery we call life. And, to continue to explore Gods creation in all its majesty and splendor. For the gift of life is the school ground for the soul.
Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because Fiction is obliged to stick to possibilities; Truth isn't. Mark Twain
