I have always had a quest for knowledge and never shrunk away from asking the hard questions whether it be spiritual, Physical or extraterrestrial in nature. I am a wide reader and in doing so I kept seeing a reoccurring theme throughout my reading over the years. I would like to share with you two researchers, scholars, prophets and or scientists if you will, that stood out from the rest. Their ideas helped shape my perspective on God, the universe and the origin of mankind. These are two independent individuals who have come to many of the same conclusions from very different methods.
I have studied their methodology and checked their back ground and in my opinion their credentials and methodology are sound. They bring clarity and perspective to some of the deepest questions that mankind has been seeking, since looking up into the heavens and contemplating his existence.
I believe the answers we seek do not lie on the boundaries of any one discipline but in that gray murky area that lies in the crevasses between disciplines. The problem is, as it has been since the beginning that one can see the tree and admire its complexity and beauty and spend a life time studying it. However, one can completely miss the forest in which it stands. The other challenge is emotions run deep. It’s painful for anyone who has spent the better part of their life researching a particular theory, idea, belief, etc.To attempt to accept anything that contradicts that realm of thought. And for a researcher who receives grant monies for his project it can be a threat to his or her very livelihood. So, we stick to our guns and do what we know and are comfortable with and avoid those ideas that question or threaten our own reality.
These two authors are examples of individuals who stepped out of their comfort zones risked ridicule and rejection by their peers and society in an attempt to find the truth.
I would recommend reading "Cosmic Voyage" by: Courtney Brown, Ph. D. first. I also would suggest reading the book from the beginning and avoid skipping to interesting chapters. The subject matter of the book is off the charts when it comes to anything resembling commonly accepted ideas. Furthermore, it would be easy to draw the conclusion that the author is off his cosmic rocker if one skipped around the chapters.
The second book “The 12th Planet” by: Zecharia Sitchin parallels the first in many ways. It’s however, a harder read. A back ground in Bible literature brings this book to life. It’s an absolutely astounding body of work that brings many of the stories of the bible and the habitation of Mars to light through archeological means.I encourage the reader to read it with an open mind for the implications can be staggering.
I leave you with a few of my favorite quotes, some additional resources and wish you joy in this journey of discovery we call life and to continue to explore Gods creation in all its majesty and splendor.
Truth is stranger than fiction, but it is because Fiction is obliged to stick to possibilities; Truth isn't. Mark Twain
Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein
Though we may know Him by a thousand names, He is one and the same to us all. Mahatma Gandhi
The whole secret of existence is to have no fear. Never fear what will become of you, depend on no one. Only the moment you reject all help are you freed. Buddha
So I say to you, Ask and it will be given to you; search and you will find; knock and the door will be opened for you.
