It would seem that Mr Skippers absence has forced the site to go down, hopefully he will have a speedy recovery and his site will be up and running again, if I get any more information I will post it here.

Has anyone had difficulty trying to access Mr. Skipper's site, Mars Anomaly Research? I haven't been able to enter the site for about the past three days. The last thing I heard was that Mr. Skipper was in the hospital and was coming home. That was last week.
