Alien Anomalies

Ok, well this comes from one of the same photos that we have had before I think, but I dont remember this house being highlighted.
It is from this image which I reckon shows a whole inhabited area at the top right, with structures and organised lines of rocks, paths, etc. There is lots and lots of smudging in both greys and blacks. I even downloaded the img file from the pds to try and find a better photo but the gif from the pds is not much better.

The red arrow is pointing at the structure, and the pink arrows point to the near-by extensive grey smudging.
