My latin lessons were too long ago so I had to look it up on wikipedia.

Cui bono ("To whose benefit?", literally "as a benefit to whom?", a double dative construction) is a Latin adage that is used either to suggest a hidden motive or to indicate that the party responsible for something may not be who it appears at first to be.

Commonly the phrase is used to suggest that the person or people guilty of committing a crime may be found among those who have something to gain, chiefly with an eye toward financial gain. The party that benefits may not always be obvious or may have successfully diverted attention to a scapegoat, for example.

OSD - your post was far too complicated for a simple-brain like myself to unravel.

It really does not matter if the whole thing is a hoax and no-one has been to the Moon, no spacecraft has gone outside low Earth orbit and if all the photographs are made up with fractals, or generated with games software.

This is not the point of the exercise. The real point of the exercise is to expose the big agenda and there are many people working from different directions eating away at the deception a small piece at a time. A deception I feel that is far bigger than just space exploration.

The point I was making is that sometimes we lose sight of the big picture and run off in our own directions which means that occasionally we need to be brought back to concentrate on the central core issue again.

Right.   If someone  believes that the space agencies on planet earth collect significant informations, which are important for  getting  a realistic picture of the true nature of life and cosmos and if someone  believes they hold back a quantity of these informations, whilst others are published, more or less hidden published, this believer  for shure will agree it would be a good idea to   concentrate on  "facts" instead of creating   more of these  artificially  imagined  anomalies , which are not proofed or accompagnied by further informations. 
Questions touching this point should be answered, explanations should be given  and doubts should meet arguments. This I miss . Claiming should be followed by a discussion and not by silence. Otherwise it is just  propaganda. 

Walking  through your  backyard with open eyes will  turn a lot of normalies into anomalies and vice versa. And these are real. You just have to move yourself a little bit. Try it.

I think you are to some extent right. However maybe this one forum might have been able to prove the images we receive from most accredited space agencies when not tampered are complete made up.

So your ideas on proving life in other planets, other than recording an alien in our blackberries or something, are greatly appreciated

Just recently, I have noticed a lot of what I call 'fringe postings'. These are postings which have more uncommon ideas or theories or which may use heavy processing or colouring to show the features which posters are highlighting. 

We have also seen quite a few posts which do not contribute to the thread but merely say things like "I agree" or "well done" or "good job mate". These one liners are of no value to the overall thread whatever and we need to remember that this is not a social forum along the lines of twitter or facebook, but is trying to present clear evidence of higher intelligence life existing not just in human form.

Personally, I feel that this type of useless 'one liner' should be sent by private message if you think that they are necessary at all. It is akin to people talking where they are afraid of an 'awkward silence' in a conversation. For the future, maybe a kind of reputation system is something that we need to look at so that members can assign reputation to a post, if they feel that it shows something useful and worthwhile. A warning system may also be  necessary to alert members to keep to the point or to not post comments which are unhelpful.

This forum likes to accept all kinds of ideas and is very lenient towards heavily processed images, however, I feel that where the pictures are clearly breaking up into blocks or where the colours are so enhanced as to make the photo appear like a piece of art, this does not do our credibility any good. This kind of post is more than enough to make many visitors immediately turn around and head for a more 'normal' kind of anomaly forum and where there are not so many bizarre threads.

So what I am asking, is for you to spend a moment to think whether your post shows clear and unambiguous evidence for life and to make an effort to show the anomaly in the context of the original photo and without heavy colouring or processing. If you are tempted to post a one-liner or a personal comment which does not contribute to the thread, please send it by private message.
