It is highly likely that all life on Earth is alien considering that at one time the whole planet was a big hot ball of molten rock. So whether on purpose or not everything alive here now must have come from somewhere else. Oherwise:
Dirt + Water + Time = Cell phones and micowave ovens.
I dont think anyone knows everything, however, there must be a few at the top of the illuminati and alien groups who know most of it. There must be a hierarchy too, whether it is on-planet or off-planet I would have no clue. The top people at NASA and USGS must know a fair amount simply due to having their finger on the real situation out there. The military organisations are masters at compartentalisation and so I would suspect that there are very few who know the big picture.
I'm probably preaching to the choir here but after reading RH' "Dark Mission" + Zecharia Sitchin' "The End of Days" I came to the conclusion that if there were ever two books that "met', then it's these two.
We all know that there is, or was, civilisations living on Mars. Hoagland speaks of the NASA cover-up and life on the Moon and Mars, and Sitchin says that the Annunaki used the Moon and Mars as jumping on and off points.
Sitchin' works have been discussed at infinitum, BUT you add in the Moon & Mars cover-ups and you have a pretty good idea WHY there is a cover-up at all.
There has always been this "SECRET" that has been supposidly handed down by secret socities from generation to generation, aka freemasonry et al.
I believe that this "secret" is the fact that we are decended from extraterrestrials. If this is true, WHO wants it keep secret ?????
In other words I mean "names", a tough ask I do admit, but there is no doubt that there are some people on this planet who know EVERYTHING!
