We should always take into account all views, but I'll be honest with you all, I still think it is an amusingly-shaped crater. On that note, no disrespect to anyone else's views.

Sometimes craters are craters and sometimes craters are not just craters.
To ignore the message of rep. 193 is not helpful at all.

The Us Air Force never would use images presented to them by Taliban spy satelltes, for selecting their bombardement targets.   But we have to depend on the information, presented by those, our instinct tells us, they are not that honest as they claim to be.
As a historian I am aware of a lot of interesting reports about observations of our moon done in the 18th and 19th century by serious astronomers and common people. In those days the nights were pitchblack, very good conditions for astronomers.

Six nations went to space, maybe some more. There is an international space station, there is a lot of manmade and manpayed stuff out there in space, going to asteroides, moons, planets and comets . Six, seven, eight nations go to space spending trillions of money of mankind without any groundbreaking significant results.
I call it the "Homogenity of Fakery."
What are the "astronauts" or whatever they really are, doing onboard of the ISS the whole time, since years and years? Scientific research, experiments. Wonderful!Results ?
These are hidden missions. Hidden from public view. What are they doing the whole day long, above our heads, whilst on the ground brothers are misleaded to fight against brothers? Without any reason.
Again: Without any reason.
These are military astronauts, above our heads.  Please Mr Obrien, we should leave the games behind and start to talk openly about the real problem, otherwise there is nothing to say.

Who says it ?
How does he know ?
Which kind of person is he ?

In the new Report 193, (Moon Fakery - 4), a huge lunar "object" is claimed to have the appearance of a sculpted death's head and it is suggested this is an intentional warning to Earthlings.

The "object" as photographed by an old lunar orbiter is not particularly well resolved, as it small in the original and is magnified until blurry. Even with this limitation, however, careful observers will notice that the shadow directions are consistent with a concave crater, not a protruding mound. But because it bears a passing resemblance to a face, the human brain has a hard time seeing it as concave rather than convex (see any research on the "hollow face illusion" or view this very compelling video).

Certainly anyone curious as to the details of this object would search for other images and not rely on just one with a specific lighting condition.

Fortunately good imaging is available. This is a portion of an image of Mare Orientale that shows Nicholson crater under different lighting conditions.

Familiar features can be seen in the high resolution image, but it is now clear under different ilumination that this is nothing more than a crater. No death's head. No intent. No ominous alien warning requiring disclaimers for those of weak constitutions.

Sometimes a crater is just a crater.

It is also good to open the eyes to what has already been confirmed as a major step in the fight against universal ignorance.

Surely one of the million visitors he has, has a record of that photograph that was printed in the book. Maybe even a second independent copy of the page would be good.

It is one explanation for us not going back to the moon I suppose, but I would feel happier if another picture could be found that corroborated(?) the death mask one.
