gmantoo, you know already what my theory is . To support it I am ultrasharpening details from this strange rover tracks photograph. If you analyze what's inside the rectangle, you'll see a big construction .. no more rover .. no more tracks. -- Frutty

I have been noticing rather a lot of posts which highlight strange footprints or rover tracks. I mentioned in one of the threads that I suspect it might be a machine with feet on the end of spindles rather like this:



Of course this is only a theory but if two of these spindles are joined in the middle - like a wheel-type thing then it might account for the strange footprint/footpad marks we have been seeing.

Any other theories?
