Some UFO's get thier energy from thunderstorms.

The detection of positrons shows many high-energy particles are being ejected from the atmosphere. In fact, scientists now think that all TGFs emit electron/positron beams. A paper on the findings has been accepted for publication in Geophysical Research Letters.

Looks like rubbish to me.....
This looks like one of those times where someone takes advantage of people's scientific illiteracy and gullability.

Umm....that is a lot to take in from that article....

Alien bases in this Chinese-Indian border area 26 July 2010

Also seen some footage, un-related to the above, of people being interviewed saying that they have seen UFOs regularly coming out from under water bases near the coast of the USA. Cannot remember where though.
