I have found a number of this same scene -
lg_25980 (deep shadows)
lg_28380 (more shadows)

The one he found is in lg_42611 colourised by nasa and is perhaps the best one for seeing this shape.

lg_21275 (deep shadows, cannot see the v-shape) However, there are a number of other things which show up in this one better than the others.

I do not expect Joe ot Janet Public to take any notice of much of what is on this forum, because it is first or second-time discovery which needs verification and more sightings. However, some of it is good and in-your-face stuff which cannot be ignored by the public.

We have already said that tiny objects cannot be resolved (at the resolution we receive, anyway) by the rovers cameras, but one day we might get decent photos and that day we can say that we identified this feature - even though we had poor data to work with.

Yes, as Chandre says, I am just pointing out similarities and we can keep our eyes open for them again in the future. It would be too much of a coincidence if we found 3 or 4 such 'shapes' which were in positions which did not suggest that they were natural rock formations. So we still have to find one or two more similar ones to add more weight to the argument that they are something else.

(First, let me say this...I do see your V wing type anomaly..and it raises an eyebrow but.......)
This point of view is and will always be an opinion of the general public...
What I mean by that is this; I do not have super human eye sight like you do...(which I admire). But coming from a Joe Shmo plumber type thinking...I can only say it is "just" an anomaly...and nothing more...

I am sorry if it seems that I am always countering your point of view...But I am always looking at it (FIRST) from a Joe shmoo point of view......

And if it looks nothing more than a particular shape that "could" be this or that and is highly debatable....then I resort to the default Joe shmo point of view...which says..."Ya, it looks like a V" but it ends there....

Iknow....I know....you are making points on images that are clearly "not clear enough" and you have legitimate claims...which raises concern in my book.....but it will not to the general public...or Joe the plumber so to speak.

I find my blood pressure already rising as you have made a very noticeable observation and the "Normal" public will not notice. That is where I position myself-looking though the hour glass with un-experienced eyes-as the general public has.

My Point:

This is a very unusual "ROCK" that deserves more attention...Unfortunately, it will not get it, other than the Posts "us" forum users give it. ( A disgruntled,angry,tired of waiting point of view)

So to recap....GOOD FIND...Thumbs up!

Follow your instinct, nature does not tend to duplicate. If we are seeing repeats of shapes we should note it as a possible anomaly and highlight it so we can all keep our eyes open for it in the future. Once again, size is not an issue. The assumptions regarding the size of what we are looking at may be wrong as Iceman has pointed out before...

gman, if i had to choose, i'd have to go with the big ones on the moon, there are several of them

and makes more sense.

lord knows anything is possible but....

the delta-g's (g-delta's)are different, fairly uniformed in size and look.

also found in pairs and groups in the same photo. more alive than constructs.

You cannot tell whether the races work together and share technology - although how you would service a craft that small I dont know. They must be using nano-technology!

Yes, I was looking at other things and I found that and it looked a similar shape. What do you think it could be, because they both have that shaped 'thing' and on the Moon it appears fairly common?

Have we seen this shape anywhere else on Mars? We have seen 'delta-wing' things which could be craft of some kind too I suppose.

What would be against small people having small craft? In a lower gravity environment you do not need to have aerodynamic shaped craft so they could just as well be square or round.

don't think they are the same, the size difference is a bit much, i'd say.

I have seen these shapes before on the Moon Lunar Orbiter photos and also I posted some on this forum from the JAXA series of pictures, again on the Moon, but I do not remember seeing them on Mars yet. Anyway, my theory is that they are transport craft of some kind. What do you think? Is this the same kind of thing?
