Maybe we could say that we want to examine the lava tube hole more closely and could we have a more detailed photo? After all, they have given us HIRISE pictures of another lava tube hole and you can see inside. You can see the depth of the surface - Unofficially, see here

This is far from being the right result. an expanded look at pictures of the scene.
However, these are one of the most interesting images from Mars. see for yourselves.

A group of students have found a new sister - now there are 8 sisters of Mars

The Seven Sisters of Mars, as they are known, are 7 holes in different locations in the surface of Mars that are thought to be collapsed lava tubes. There are some interesting HIRISE images of these features too, showing vertical sides.
