You're interested, you're reading this and Mr Skippers site and watching us post images and ideas and you want to give it a go ?
Its really easy. These are my suggestions for an easy way to start for average citizens that have Windows based PC's
1. Sign up as a member 2. Use one of Skippers image research sites listed on his main page or on this forumĀ Links page 3. Choose an image, open it on your screen and then right-click your mouse and save it 4. Open your Pictures album and select the saved image 5. Use the 'Edit' button to open the menu where you can then change the brightness, contrast and mid-tone and the zoom level to get a better view of your image 6. If you find an anomaly, you can use the Crop button to cut away the rest of the image and then the Resize button to get an image you can post 7. You then save your image, click the Save As and it will automatically show you the image number, I always leave this as it and just add -crop or another key word to the end then I save it 8. You will get a prompt screen to save the changes on the original image - DON'T- as you should always keep that one on file to refer back to 9. You can then reply to a post with your thoughts and images or you can Start A New Topic under the relevant heading. 10. Type your comments into the text box, click Add Images and Browse and the system will open a menu that allows you to select Pictures from your PC, click on the image you need and Open and you will see the reference transfer into the Browse on the Forum.
11. You need to select Upload and then your image converts to a jpeg name on the screen. Move to where you want the image to be in your text and click Insert.
12. The final step is to click Submit Post
It really is incredibly easy and user-friendly. If you make a mistake close the page and start again or just delete the images you don't want.
