After reducing the contrast and increasing the brightness, here are some of the anomalous features that caught my eye.

If the shell-like anomaly is what it appears to be, then there is the possibility that it has remained in situ for thousands of years.

I wonder if any more of these shell-like anomalies will be discovered. Note the tall object the red arrow is pointing at.

The brighter image also shows some anomalous objects that I have not highlighted.

On many of the rocks on Mars there are things to observe that really should not be seen.

On this particular rock there would appear to be some artistic representations. On the other hand, it may just me and a classic case of pareidolia. If it is pareidolia, one still has to ask the question why so many small facial representations can be seen in many of the images that when investigated turn out to be very small structure-like formations.

TW, what do you see in the rock?

This Gigapan view is full of surprises.

Do you see what I think I can see on the rock in the centre of the image?

There is also something odd about the large rectangular object in the upper right corner.

Could it possibly be that someone is trying to tell us something?

The image is a colour-difference view.

Here's are two images of a rocky feature showing in the Gigapan image.

It's a 175% screen capture that was saved as a png file and then processed.

After processing the original screen capture and the processed image were both saved as a jpeg files.

No adjustments have been made to the original screen capture.

The original view was then colour-corrected, the contrast was increased and the brightness reduced.

I have also over-saturated the colour intensity deliberately to show the colour differences between objects and the terrain.

There are many objects to view but you will have to look closely as they are very small.

The image has many anomalous objects, I found too many to post. How NASA could deny alien intelligences is beyond me. Great finds Tw

This is a colour-difference sectional view of the Gigapan.

I have place an ellipse around some of the interesting anomalies in the second image.

Could the object circled in red be a spire or tower?

What could cause the bright glow in the shadow of the large rock contained in the blue ellipse?

Also, note the representations that are showing in each green ellipse.

Xenon, I have no doubt that a lot of the time we are seeing what we want to see vs. what is really there. In this case, I too found it strange the resemblance I saw to the Grey Alien. I spent a while studying this anomaly, and I too thought exactly what you stated about the reported Greys being a lot larger than this. HOWEVER, respectfully, who is to say that there are not more species in our solar system with elongated skulls and almond eyes? These little beings that most of us agree inhabit Mars, have obviously (in my opinion) adapted to their environment the way we see life here on earth. The elongated skulls holding a larger brain, and the larger eyes (most likely) allowing the being to see more or better, kind of like a fly or spider. If these creatures have been living on Mars over such a period of time, chances are they are highly intelligent and most likely have one hell of an eye if they do in fact live or spend a considerable amount of time underground. I am not arguing that I am correct on my analysis of this "being" by any means, i am simply saying, "what if"?

What if more species of ET have almond eyes and elongated skulls? Because they Greys have been tagged with this resemblance, shouldn't rule out the possibility that there are others with the same features. . .

In closing, I believe you are correct about this image, it is a trick on the eyes and there is NOT a small being in the image. So with that being said, I turn my focus to the strange curved pipe thingy.

Thanks for the feedback Xenon, I love exploring the possibilities and discussing our cosmic neighborhood with you all

Josh

I have no doubt about the mechanism being artificial (as with the plate object in your previous post), but IMHO the face and the almond eye alien is just a trick of shadow and light, Josh you have a good eye for anomalies and finding some excellent evidence, but we need to remember the reported grey almond eye aliens stand 3 to 5 feet tall, so unless we are dealing with some inter-dimensional projections our eyes are playing tricks on us.

OK, So i showed my wife this picture and she noticed something immediately that i had failed to see. I was so mesmerized by the "elephant trunk" looking device, that I didnt notice the little being standing behind it. Have a look and let me know what you think.

something a little larger found in the billion pixel gigapan.  It could be nothing but an outcrop but on further investigation looks like ....

Well you be the judge.

Quite a while ago I found a similar legged, but larger one of these in the distance on image 0370MR1512001000E2_DXXX.jpg (in distance on right side)

Like the wormy things, they may come in all sizes. This is sharpened a bit.

Well, after messing with this image quite a bit, I found just desaturating it has the best results.

Thank you masjosh, I knew members would find this Giga pan image worth investigating, not sure that your other anomaly is writing/carving as my initial thought was it was carved from past water run off but I could be wrong.

Xenon, I am finding more and more in this image every time I open it. I have a folder dedicated to this image alone. As far as inverting the color highlighting the the little martian bugger, i have not, but I will after I post this. I attached a new snapshot of the bugger, along with the canister looking object, also, to the left looks a lot like some type of carving into the 'stone' platform (if that is what it is).. I can almost see a letter "V" ..martiancannister.PNG It looks to me like writing of some kind.

I notice that object too, it is a pity we cannot see more detail (has anyone tried inverting the colour?), also did you notice the plinth/peg type object a little lower right in your 3rd image that also looks out of place with its square top.

I found this last night and whatever this is, it appears to be on legs, you can see ground underneath it, yet it is casting a shadow. .

laserdance The left image looks to have a metal object or at least the shape has design, not sure if it has plate at the rear, as for the right image, look just outside the circles lower right, there seems to be three fresh indentations, (but that may just be a trick of the light with shadows).

Forgive me as i am not the greatest with the editing software, but here are some of my finds..

**Also, in the "perfectcircle" attached PNG, there are two points of interest. The first is the obvious, the second is to the lower right, 5 o-clock. Looks like a pipe or some type of circular opening. I have not seen too many rocks on earth that form a perfectly round opening. .

Sorry Macten I forgot about your other findings, there is no need to repost your other findings as your link is just as good, but feel free to post any new findings you have made (with links), I am delighted that members have taken an interest as there is so much that needs to be shown

I found loads of dubious looking things from a quick look. Yes the NASA photoshop blur does hide some interesting shapes.

I thought I would start a thread on anomalies in Giga pan images, unfortunately I still cannot post images but I can post links so members can still look for the anomalies themselves, feel free to show your own findings from this and other Giga pan images.

So much is happening in this scene including blurring, depressions, tiny bore holes in some rocks, and a whole host of strange objects, the two sky objects (top right) could be dust on the lens as they both appear in two of the mosaics (although strangely not in the others), there is so much to see in this image but I am sure members will find a lot more anomalies than I could describe in this post.
