There is a very good UFO capture program on this website ufoid.net. (not anything to do with me, BTW) It is written in C, free, open source and there is a gallery of some of the videos people have captured of UFOs. Not all of them are UFOs but some are I reckon. Mostly captured in daytime and the UFOs are moving between the clouds. Good for capturing satellites probably too.

If you have a USB web camera and a clear piece of sky, download the software and have a go.
