Levelwind I saw the post from goggog early in this thread with a similar face. I knew Id seen one very similar and I searched for it for about an hour.
His is from this link http://mars.jpl.nasa.gov/msl-raw-images/msss/00995/mcam/0995ML0044050010404935E01_DXXX.jpg

Here is a colour-difference view of the image shown above.
I have also increased the contrast and brightness and increased the colour saturation by 50%
Take note of the row of shapes near the top of the red ellipse and the wedge-shaped formation underneath the row.
I have placed a yellow ellipse around some of the other shapes and features that should not be overlooked.
My own opinion is that what we can see is the work of a miniature civilization with a crude form of intelligent existence.
The real problem researchers have is that the original downloaded images are not of the correct colour and also not quite clear enough in order to determine what the shapes are therefore a degree of external adjustment is required to 'bring out' the object detail and to correct the colour data.
See what you can make of the small-sized detail showing in the view, especially the row of shapes contained within in the red ellipse.
I would advise not to zoom in digitally but use an optical magnifier as it increases the size of the area being viewed without any visual distortion.
The image shown below is a sharpened version that I have lightened slightly. You just couldn't make this up!
The tiny object detail showing on the surface in between the larger objects (rocks) is absolutely stunning, but you will need a good optical magnifier to spot it.
Could this be the evidence we are looking for in our quest to determine whether there is, or was, an intelligent life existence on the planet.
Also, take note of the tiny geometric shapes that litter the surfaces of what we would normally call small rocks.
The view shown above is full of intrigue and mystery. It would seem that I was correct in my assumption that everything of any consequence on Mars is in miniature.
Take a look at the anomalous shapes and objects I have highlighted and ask yourself whether intelligent design could possibly be responsible for what can be observed.
Here is a more general colour-difference view of the area in question which also shows the anomalous elliptical shape.
Also, if you look to the upper left, a light grey object can be seen close to some other objects that appear to be rocks - but are they rocks?
Do you think that what can be seen in the view are really rocks or something else? Close critical observation is required to see right into the detail.
