Changing the picture to a different hue and making it slightly brighter reveals strange inscriptions just under that red part of the letter T crossed with a prostrating letter F and the letter S on the right.
I sometimes wonder if the folks at NASA are having us "on" or are pulling our leg by inserting these strange cartoonish and grotesque images in the photos that they release to the general public.
In about the center of this picture from PIA 10211 is the form of a decapitated human like head that was poorly obfuscated by NASA.
Above the head and past what looks like the letter w is something that looks like a sock puppet and above that is a small profile of a Super Mario like character including his M logo just below him.
