Sometimes the passion of the seeker absorbs so much of our time and attention we can forget to focus away from our screens for a while, this is the perfect time to do that. Take a long walk, breath in deeply savouring the fresh air, enjoy a drink watching the sunrise or sunset, smile at children, hug an elder, practice a randomn act of kindness and just sit quietly watching the night sky marvelling at how bright Jupiter is and how you can see the satellites moving across the stars if you are out of the cities.
