I have to say that I cannot see the 'rat' in the b&w picture. All I can see is a square motor-cycle box which sits behind the rider that they put their helmet in!
On the coloured image I was looking at it for ages trying to see a rat. Now it finally clicked and I can see a rat or guineapig animal fairly clearly. Just behind the ears there is a piece of 'goo' like stuff which threw me completely and was why I could not 'see' it as a rat.
I am more interested in the other things lying around. the one on the right has a square raised area and the one on the left looks like wreckage
The first image is from Pathfinders landing site on sol 25-26. On top of the stone to the left you can see something that looks a lot like a rat. The second Picture is taken from Spirits Everest panorama. In the middle of the second picture I think there is something looking very similar to the one in the Pathfinder image. Both these “rats” are probably just stones looking like rats. Anyway I would appreciate your view on this.
