That is a really strange object(s), it is not internal reflection that's for sure as you can see a reflection (plus hair) to the left of it, great find any ideas of what it could be?

It looks as though the ship is moving at a similar speed as the ISS then slows down out of view...notice the Earth in the upper right as the station passes - so we can know they are both in orbit. Whenever something like this is filmed it seems that NASA cuts the feed and shows the control room. Nice find.
Here's another video from the same author in which the motion of the "object" (0:10 and 0:15) generates the doubt that this is indeed the "object" and not just the reflection in the lens
