I seem to be moving away from moon anomalies with this thread but I just wanted to add one more post before getting back to it.

I hope its not already been covered on the Image Tampering threads but here is NASAs very own Working with Images online help site.

Since looking at this issue I now feel that not only are whole maps flipped and flipped again but that various filters and encryptions are being applied right down to the individual pixels. I have found what I believe to be many examples. This site shows how it can be done at every level.

Finally if further proof were needed - just to show how the 'Craft' anomaly and the 'Hand' anomaly which are just meters away from each other are shown on each of the 2 LRO Maps.

The first one  is from the image M119929934RE and the 2nd is from the LRO quick map site.

The Arizona State University not only asked me to look at a photo on their main site which known or unknown to them contained a (periscope type) anomaly in the top right corner .........they also sent me to their main hi res imaging site so that I could see my own own photo extractions as they see them.

I found this unbelievebly hard as nothing seemed to be the right place and I was getting despondent. But then I remembered back to when I used to use microfische (in the good old days) for genealogical work. If you put the microfische into the reader upside down and back to front you got  absolutely nothing recognizable.

So using the avatar 'head' anomaly from my 3rd LRO photo posting I eventually managed to find it upside down and flipped. I'll demonstrate using the following 4 images.

1st Image - Shows 'Head' anomaly as it is on Arizona Quickmap site

Head Anomaly on Quick Map.JPG

2nd Image - Shows little that is reconizable but is from the 'Hi Rez' imaging site

Head Anomaly on Hi Res site.JPG

3rd Image - Image turned upside down.

Head Anomaly turned 180 on hi res site.JPG

4th Image - Image flipped - hey presto finally the anomaly emerges.

How it is possible to find anything easily beats me or so I thought...
