Polluks, sorry it has taken me so long to respond! But, I don't have any better photo links, than those in the OP, for these anomalies. The standard Rover Black and white photo in the other posted link, really a gives a pretty good view of the featherheads, especially when magnified.

Also notice the significant changes of this area as compared to the Sol day 2153 photo. Some rocks have drastically changed, and some are gone entirely. A different camera angle is involved, but that should not move the same "jumble of rocks".

Now, if I misunderstood what you were asking for, pls. let me know.

Hi, rdunk!  Can you share a link to a "tif" or other higher-quality format of the image which was published earlier by you. (I mean http://www.nivnac.co.uk/mer/images/B2138_42_concepcion_full.jpg) Very interesting place but other images already had changed by NASA.

Here is an example of comparison of Sol2138 and Sol2153, where change can be seen:

Sorry I didn't notice another anomalies presence right away, but they're just there. Arrows indicate where they are:

Hey polluks, I just don't know what you are looking at in the box on the right. The box on the left has a small pile, with a face-looking object looking toward the camera. I have seen ths many times, and there are actually, in my opinion, three faces around this little pile. To see them, you do have to find photos of this spot, taken from different angles.

I still have several anomalies in this area I haven't posted yet. For several weeks, when I try to start a new post, the "attach files" feature does not come up for me. I am told they are working on that, but also am told no one else has that problem.???

"Very kewl"

Hey Nathaniel, thanks for your comment! I assume that "kewl" means "cool" to some of us older folks!!

What is "cool" about this to me, is that none of these things are supposed to be on Mars, if we believe what we are told about Mars. But.............there they are, for most everyone to see. And it is abvious that these "anomalies" are not "natural artifacts"!!

Yes, really "kewl"!!!!smile

Hi all! I am posting below three additional Mars anomalies. I am posting the three together because they are in the same area of the Concepcion' Crater. They are in the Rover Opportunity photos,  and are fairly easy to see, but of course, none of them are as clear as we would like. The anomalies are;

1. Three "Feather Headed Stone Faces""- It appears to be three, but the middle face is difficult to see. There does appear to be three different clumps of the feather-looking stuff (assume not real feathers) on top of their heads. The faces do appear to be cut from stone. The faces are vertical, side by side, and positioned with their chins a little above the ground.

2. "A Different Looking Rock" - This is in the center of the screenshot, and is quite noticeable. It is a rounded stone that appears to have facial features. I am only posting it, because it is right in the middle of this screenshot. It does just have an interesting look, especially with that "very pointy nose"!

3. "Statue Standing on A Different Type Stone" - This is an odd looking statue! The lower part of the statue body is affixed on/or in what appears to be a solid white, maybe manufactured, rock piece. This "white rock piece has an obvious smooth flat surface, and has a flat edge. I can't tell for sure whether the statue is male or female. The front of the statue body seems to have other design features on it.

I will post links to the NASA Photos for your use. I hope that some of you find these interesting, and I will look forward to your comments.
