Don't forget about 3753 Cruithne - Earth's quassi-satellite with a horseshoe orbit discovered 10 October, 1986.

The main thing I find bizarre about Luna is that we have total penumbral eclipses.

I've just been reading that when our moon was originally formed scientists now thing we had TWO moons! I've yet to find out what happened to the other one!
