Sorry, I should have said the picture below is titled 80827, not 80900.

I went to link that IceMan has and couldn't find the exact image that I have.  They may have removed it or edited it so bad it doesn't look the same any more.  All the pictures there are hacked up, over exposed, or just too smeared to look at.  This was the closest I could find.

To Levelwind or qmantoo,

I have been searching for the original image of this scene but have not had any luck up to present.

If you notice the reference info for this image in your searches I would be grateful if you could post it on the forum.

looks like it may be an angled take-off ramp?

They really should be ashamed of themselves showing us such a terrible photo..but they obviously have no shame! smile.gif

I was going through some of my old mars pictures and came across this one from Pathfinder.  Wasn't sure anyone had talked about this one.  It's titled 80900.  Sorry I don't have a link, but probably came from one of my regular stomping sites, (JPL, NASA, ESA) who knows?  I saved it because I liked the strange object that I cropped and also thought there could be algae growing on the large rock top right.  I tried to enhance the cropped photo but probably did more harm than good.  Anyway, I had a lot fun looking at this one and thought you guys might too.
