Excellent. I think you may be correct. A small patch of sunlight would explain it. However why does it look like it is projecting out? Kind of looks like a forked snake sticking its head out of the shadow. Im not sure if I am buying your explanation completely however its a good idea.
Uther Pendragan
Hi All,
Uther Pendragan... Im going to make a correction to my findings. I found something that I cant really understand but the imaging System i use (SPATAN) has found a major error in my judgement. infact theres no way I would believe it if i didnt see it myself. The structure you point out (or as I previosly concluded as being light passing between rocks) is part of something quite inetresting. the image I will show is quite heard to work out but I seriously urge all to allow sometime for ur eyes to adjust to the results. There are a series of multiple interrelated glyphs, faces ??? The lower structure with your find, actually is part of a longer pretruding Ramp. Im at a loss at what on earth or how this is possible as my initial findings were (i thought) pretty conclusive but after applying SPARTAN I'm sure this a lot more interesting.
Image is below with image below it for comparison.
Pendragan or anyone, can u please supply me with the orininal source link. I hope u'll be able to make out the structures Ive detected. Its a rough draft but (FOR ME) a wonderful find.

Yes, very probably a 'trick of the light' looking like a stick. Shadows can be an enormous help when determining if something is sticking out, but in this case the watcher's explanation seems about right I think.
Does anyone have any ideas what this is? Looks like a stick or maybe some other lifeform. Could this be a mars worm creature?
HI Pendragan/ I've solved ur mystery anomaly. Image below explains.
Its all to do with sunlight shining between rocks A and B. The red arrow showes the direction of light. The light then strickes the ground and then reflects verticaly for a short way.
Interesting Find.. # Seems the shadow below projection may hold the key. Also seems to have unusual patterning on the surface. Im sure one of the guys will pull this up , softly ,
Interesting find Uther, welcome to the Forum. Looks like it may be metallic rather than organic. Are there any other images taken on the same sol that may show different angles ?
