Alien Anomalies

If anyone is able to download the PDS version that the scientists use for their investigations of surface features, it would be really helpful. Although the examples above are better JPGs they are still compressed and do not have enough detail to make any really proper assessment.

A black straight line or two could very well be censorship for example.

Is this image a little sharper?

We have to remember that the quality of the original is not that brilliant anyway.

You shouldn't have any problems with editing the image as it is the hi-res version.

Viewer are advised to zoom in closer after downloading the image. 

Timewarp, I agree and I am sorry that I moved the focus away from your intended direction. I have moved the orb stuff to the different thread.

Lotte, you are correct.

There are many curious anomalies showing in this particular image. We have to remember that this scene is of the surface of the moon and not Mars. This is what makes anomaly-spotting more interesting because very similar anomalies have been observed on Mars and, dare I say it, on this planet as well. Just use Google Earth and have a close look at the landscape formations and terrain art-work on the islands that make up the Azores archipelago.

As a matter of interest, could this series of islands been high volcanic peaks of Atlantis but when the ice melted near the end of the ice age the lowlands became swamped and the peaks became the islands we see today?

I was hoping that some members would post a description of what they can see in the image so that a genuine comparison could be made with what I have observed. Anyway, I will post the same image later with some of the main anomalies circled so interested parties can judge whether the anomalies are genuine or not.

The reason I started this thread was to discuss the surface anomalies but it would appear this thread has been hijacked to include the 'orb' anomalies which were being discussed in another thread.
