Alien Anomalies

I find it interesting that so many countries want to go to the MOON in this coming (2010-2020)Decade. What do they know?Russia is planning a huge mission with many other countries help. Ultimately, there plan is to build a Manned Moon Base.I don't know if USA Backed off on there part of the International lunar network mission that they also agreed to participate? Anyway, Russia plans to land  a few robotic rovers in certain areas. What will they find?Are they just there for scientific reason?Aren't we in a world recession?And if they do find something out of this world will they tell the public?Also, with so many countries participating will they be able to keep quite?
My gut feeling is that somebody will spill the beans?When it happens NOBODY will be able to put the Jeannie back in the bottle?
