@ qmantoo : Your post is good and interesting and has thrown up some interesting anomalies. Wether correct or not you have every right to poist your thoughts. @Iceman: Im not sure what your playing at? Im hoping you had a bad day.. .. This forum needs as much input as possible... I would look at your posts before telling others how to, or what they should post.. If you dont like qmantoo or my images stay out of the THREAD!!! Cut out the superiority complex, you really are out of order. Dont forget others would like to discuss, pass an opinion, even challenge the images.. You are not Lord and master and u have to learn to treat other members with due respect.. You are a very very small fish in a big pond.. Remember that!
We can't use material like this if we want to be taken seriously. This is stirring water to the milk.It would be better to post material like this to someone privately. We really looks like amateurs if we keep on this way.
I dont understand, which way? I have given links to the explanation of it, and I thought it would be educational for everyone to see what I was talking about and the response from the astronomical boys on their forum. People will take this all more seriously if we admit our mistakes and move on which is what I have done (sort of...!).
All I can see in your post is a filename, I dont think you have linked it correctly. I certainly haven't heard of take off ramps before, but show me and I might be convinced.
Not so boring! You seem to have found a landing / take-off ramp. Tampering hides a great deal. Ive just cleaned a little and emphasized whats already there.
Anyway, if you want to see what I thought was a boring machine it is here, but as I said this is a 'crater' that just happens to be rather strangely oblong shaped. The optical illusion is that it is raised from the ground, it is NOT, you can tell by the shadow. However, I feel that the 'rille' might continue further on to the bottom right but that is only a personal feeling because I do not want to "let go" of the original idea.
