Chandre we have proof showing underground base on the Moon with two similar entrance If we had an underground airbase it should have two entrance one for outgoing traffic and another for ingoing so it is possible you are right somehow. If we think about the Moon as “stripper” no clouds or anything it is not likely to expect much. If we had clouds on moon as thin layer it would work as tent in the movie you would not see the tend only the images cast on it.
You'd have a pretty amazing view of Earth from here if I'm not wrong...so maybe some sort of a Lunar Ski/Health Resort (only joking).
Lets assume that these builders have the glass dome technology that Hoagland keeps referring to... a 45 degree slope possibly with water/ice collected at the bottem may be easier to dome than a flat area. The elevation also makes cliff-side excavation and links to underground bases easier. Perhaps half the area is excavated into the hills and the other half is under a dome. Perhaps the towers are venting heat from the underground bases that they are condensing into water vapour on the surface and storing in a lake. I wonder what geological info there is on this area. Its supposed to be a result of the Tycho impact so I imagine there must be a fused mantle that may make it possible to collect liquid without it seeping into the ground if it was domed. There are a LOT of structures on the ridge around the towers...
Maybe the Alpha television series was not to far off base (LOL, excuse the pun).
Iceman, what would an airlock look like to you.... would it look something like the two round structures to the right of my 'guardhouse' and in your green image at 3 o'clock ?
Yes you are right Chandre, on the tower, it look like radar bud wee don't know how far they are from us technically (+100 years 1000) this can be tools to keep an eye on us. Think about it, it looks like aliens can make things on the electronic level no seams. Things just grow to decided size.
Iceman They look like satellite dishes, they must be big as these hills were apparantly 8 miles from the Surveyor. I have looked everywhere but cannot find any other images we can check...
The three you have highlighted seem to be angled towards us, but there is another structure that appears to have one on the roof. If you look at the image below, the bottem dish just to the left of it...a tower structure with a rounded disk on top of it ?
Iceman, this is a really nice image. I did some work on sharpening it
And picked up this area to the right, I can see what looks like a house with an entrance, a wall with two rounded bits (maybe machinery) and a number of towers with reflective rounded bits on the tops. I have included a close-up of the house.
Do you have a link to this image ? The link below takes you to a history page but this does not seem to have this image.... Was this the Tycho Crater area ?
The narrow-angle picture at bottom right, taken by Surveyor Vll's television camera, shows the rolling lunar terrain northeast of the landing site," wrote F. N. SCHMIDT, of Bellcomm, Inc. "Surveyor Vll landed about 18 miles north of the large crater Tycho, the most prominent of all lunar craters at full Moon. The undulating surface is part of a series of ridges and hills that are a characteristic feature on the flanks of most large lunar crater rims. They were probably formed by the flow of debris ejected by the meteor impact that excavated the crater."
This is an open project. The live can be fun so let's comment on that.http://history.nasa.gov/SP-168/section2a.htm#44
(Harry says sometimes thinks are not always as they seems, bud NASA have to explain way this looks that ways or the other way)
