LOL, Humanoid....this is proof that they keep on using the same old lines... Remember the earlier lunar image we worked on that looked something like this..

The 'official' explanation was also a piece of broken off insulation but that was in the 1960's. The pieces resemble each other as well. Wonder if its the same piece ???? And if so, how coincidental that this piece keeps on turning up close to our craft !

The other debris may be from the tether incident ? I just know that NASA and other space agencies are the messiest people on Earth (or rather off it ). The lunar landing sites and vicinities around the craft are full of litter. Its embarrassing !

Hi Chandre, the "tube" might be debris, but with so much of them free floating arond the shuttle or ISS? Isn't that dangerous to those crafts and their crews? It doesn't look like the tank or boosters either, they should have separated much earlier so if we assume the "tubes" are discarded/fallen off debris from the shuttle, what it might be? As for the blue I have no idea hmm

Image below shows a broken off part of thermal insulation tile as officialy explained.

Next image shows what looks like reflection off the porthole of possibly an internal light source?

Hi Humanoid, the 'tube' looks like debris as the one image has three pieces of debris clearly visible of which the tube is one ? The image with the blue is not so easy to explain, it looks like the ISS image has been cut and pasted onto a black background and part of the original background which could have been Earth has been left in by error. I have no idea why they would do that ? Closer examination of the ISS in later images does not show any surface that would be there reflecting light, the only thing that could possibly be in that area is the mechanical arm which would maybe account for some of the shadow but not for the blue....

Some more images from STS/ISS missions. It is up to you to decide if these are real objects in space or just camera reflections.
