I feel our quest in life is a built in  thirst for knowledge, although we walk different paths, we are often drawn together in a common cause (as in the case of Mr skippers site and this forum) where we are able to share our ideas and forge new understanding.

Credo Mutwa is one of many people on the earth that carries our conscience for us, our understanding of life has been corrupted by modern living and the greed it causes, to such an extent that most people no longer listen to what that conscience has to say and try so hard to ridicule the messengers that brings it to us.

But I do think the tide is turning and feel humanity is at a new dawn in our understanding, the knowledge that is unfolding around us is far greater than anything mankind has seen since ancient times, my only hope is that this time around we have the courage to use the knowledge wisely. teamwork.gif

I think we each find different answers on our quest through this life

And that is very true, as everyone has different understanding, so there can be no single answers good for everyone. Truth is only one, but we all view it from a different angles and that is one thing all people should understand smile.gif
That what you say and quote about Ubuntu does not only belong to the culture of your country; it is deep wisdom of all spiritually oriented cultures, although it is called different names in different countries and different times. This is one of the universal truths of life and without it people are blind and suffer, so as blind is western civilization, which brought suffering and misery to native people of Africa and other continents.
So, can we really understand aliens, if we are aliens to each others, and even to ourselves? smile.gif Einstein once said, that the real proof for existence of outer intelligence is that they don't make contact with us smile.gif He was a real genius smile.gif

Counter, you ask the questions that are at the depths of all of our souls and for which we all seek the answers. I do not have the answers for you, I think we each find different answers on our quest through this life, but I can share with you a wonderful African philosophy..the concept of UBUNTU as explained by Desmond Tutu (another sage and humble African leader) below ;

An attempt at a longer definition has been made by Archbishop Desmond Tutu (1999):[3]

A person with Ubuntu is open and available to others, affirming of others, does not feel threatened that others are able and good, for he or she has a proper self-assurance that comes from knowing that he or she belongs in a greater whole and is diminished when others are humiliated or diminished, when others are tortured or oppressed.

Archbishop Desmond Tutu further explained Ubuntu as follows (2008):

One of the sayings in our country is Ubuntu - the essence of being human. Ubuntu speaks particularly about the fact that you can't exist as a human being in isolation. It speaks about our interconnectedness. You can't be human all by yourself, and when you have this quality - Ubuntu - you are known for your generosity.

We think of ourselves far too frequently as just individuals, separated from one another, whereas you are connected and what you do affects the whole world. When you do well, it spreads out; it is for the whole of humanity.

In addition, the famed Dr Emoto gave us this image of a water crystal portraying the word Ubuntu.

Is it not one of the most beautiful things you have ever seen ?

Chandre, for me it is easy to sense in Credo this type of humbleness, that is a quality of a true wise man. I know he is not fake and he didn't dig his stories out of his head. What he tells about Africa is very sad. People in Europe where I live don't care about Africa. For them it's a blank place on the map. Sometimes they give some money for charity (like fight the hunger in Africa), but they genuinely don't give a damn about this continent and its people. This culture we live in and which has been enforced in Africa, dominant christian culture of white man is responsible for millions of deaths all over this earth and without any doubt for me is evil culture. They can talk about christian love and compassion but what love is that one which make you to kill, to conquer, to enslave? To hate and destroy other cultures in the name of own imaginated superiority? I remember words of Desmond Tutu about Africa: "When the missionaries came to Africa they had the Bible and we had the land. They said "Let us pray." We closed our eyes. When we opened them we had the Bible and they had the land." Our civilization is based on lies and deception and they are the foundations on which it lies, along with dead bodies of those who have been conquered. Is it strange that this culture is protecting itself from being exposed that it is not the best, it is not the most developed and despite that it conquered almost whole this world - it is surely not the only one in the universe :) This what we say in our posts may be small digression from aliens, but this is an important part of Mutwa's interview and it should be really heard all around the world. I say digression but it is really all connected, politics, science, culture, aliens and we as individuals and civilization and Mutwa is just talking about that connection.

And my other digression is the question, why is this all? Who, or what are we? Who started our existance and why? What for? Why super intelligent and developed civillizations are only watching us and not show themselves to us? What is the meaning of us, leaving here, allowed to destroy, harm this planet, which I am sure has been formed for us long before we appeared? :) Couple questions, maybe somebody knows all the answers? :) Any aliens amongst us? :)

Hi Counter, as you may know I am proudly South African. I cannot watch all of the interview as my internet access is unfortunately limited but I know much of Credo Mutwas work. In certain circles Credo Mutwa is revered and respected as an expert on the ancient history of the Sub-saharan African continent. However, as with many people that speak their truths, he is judged and ridiculed by many of our countrymen that serve the 'others' agenda. He is a humble and approachable man with great insight and a wonderful sense of humour and love for the land we live in and on. I think that shines through when he speaks and although I may not always agree with all he says, much of what he says resonates as true to me. I can say the same about David Ickes work, and I think he states as much, he reports on what he hears even if he personally does not always agree with it but he believes we should have access to the information and the freedom to decide for ourselves. Reptiles are an inherent part of most African mythology and legends. The Dogon Tribe have legends that speak of a reptilian race originating in Sirius and similiar legends are echoed throughout the region. I know one thing that Credo says that is true without any doubt, Africa is dying ! It's people and the ancient cultures, myths and legends are under attack. People like Credo are ridiculed and hunted and as much as many of us may be fighting to preserve the information and culture we appear to be battling a losing battle. It is all part of the world-wde disease, a race of sheeople, raised not to question or challenge just to be the ultimate consumer of materialistic comforts and to accept blindly what authority figures say. Fortunately, there are exceptions and hopefully (and I believe this to be true) there are enough to make a difference and preserve our precious heritage and planet.

I want to know your opinion about the above interview. I always considered Icke as type of weirdo, and I usually have a genuine laugh at his fans productions on youtube (who see reptilians everywhere). But Credo Mutwa is a real guy with the real story of his nation origin. I give him some credibility and I find his story very interesting. How about you?
