WOW! Amazing work! It does look like structure there! You guys are so amazing, you zeroed into the anomalous areas immediately and refined them a great deal! Thanks! ARP2
the shapes of intrest are in the red ovals. i see lines that can be related to the nature's work with severe difficulties. also it should be a sand area and not rocky area, and the sand can't take those shapes, except if there is something under.
Just a note for researching (Dunes on Mars), the larger none polar dunes tend not to migrate (due it is thought to Ice or chemical cementing), this raises the question for anomalies found in or around the Martian dunes....*How did the Anomalies get there if not from the dunes"?
Thanks Humanoid. ARP2, I agree that there is something strange in this image I have seen a lot of sand-dunes in my life but never ones that intersect at that angle. My only thought is that this is some sort of structure that the sand has gathered on and banked up against.
Hey there! Here is an interesting image from Spirit Sol 620. The "sanddune" overshadows some otherh anomalies pointed out by red arrows. I provided the original image and then the image highlighted by the red arrows. Unusual shapes for dunes! rectangle? with openings at the end? Also the top of the large dune seems to have a dark vertical line. This same line can be seen in a smaller "dune" as well... What do you think? Thanks, ARP2
