This might be silly, but you could do things like Facebook pages as well. It's free and will get you more exposure. If everyone here became a friend/fan or whatever you could potentially bring this subject to the attention of folks who would otherwise never hear of it. This information needs to be put everywhere we can think to put it.

An interview on Coast to Coast is a great idea. Rense would probably do an interview as well as others.

It would be fun to do an interview with him and make a youtube video showing his website, and pictures of his finds.

That said, I have less than 200 youtube subscribers, so it probably would not draw a lot of attention unless the link to the video got posted around on a lot of sites.  He is an intriguing character and I think he would draw a lot of attention to hear him speak thoughts that many people have read.

He should probably consider doing an interview with George Noory on Coast to Coast - huge audience that would fit this niche.

Yeah, that would probably be best Humanoid. Just wait for the higher-resolution color images to be displayed.

As far as compelling evidence goes, I can think of evidence of surface-liquid on Mars (including Skipper's finding on the low "tide"/high "tide" seasons), and some VERY suspicious image anomalies that tend to point to image tampering (such as the examples in one of Skipper's articles: http://www.marsanomalyresearch.com/evidence-reports/2007/113/kaiser-crater-illusions.htm ).

Chandre, I'll produce and post videos to the PTP YT channel as soon as the book evidence is posted as new reports on Skippers site.

Is there a press release we can use on our sites or refer to in correspondence/forum posts etc?

Right, the book is finally moving into the spotlight. Its time for the PTP to fire up and step in as part of our support function.

We need to Think Tank this as a group (for all those interested).

I am sure the first step would be to add some of the book evidence to a YouTube vid and anything else along that line. Humanoid/Marsroscks what do you think ?

The second step is publicity. Can we contact TV continuity shows and publications in our countries that may be willing to run a story ?

The third step is our support evidence. We are linked to Skippers site, when people come looking they will end up here. I think we need to open a 'Our Members Favourites Finds' so that visitors can see our 'Best of...'. We need suggestions from you as to what you think our most compelling finds are. Please do not nominate your own work, rather lets acknowledge each others finds as that is a more objective and democratic method.

Randy Lewis suggested podcasts in the 'Way Forward' thread. Any ideas on this ?

At last, we are ready to move forward. Lets kick some Sheila biggrin

For new members, this is where we started off.........

There is nothing quite like a blank page to inspire or intimidate you.

We are standing on the edge of the abyss, we have the opportunity to step forward into the darkness and undertake a venture that will be both challenging and rewarding at the same time. We are all staring into the void, scared to take the first step, that step that requires a leap of faith because every person that is truly alive is terrified of the unknown.

Don't be, the path is much wider and easier than you imagine.

I will try to share some of my experience with you. I create Non-Profit Organisations as part of my daily business life. It is incredibly simple and easy once you understand how. It goes something like this....

1. You collect a group of like-minded people that share a common goal and passion (tick)

2. You create a forum where they are able to interact with each other (tick)

3. You create a Mission Statement (tick - JP Skippers statement on TPTP)

4. You create a logo that people can identify with and rally around (tick - thanks to One Single Drop)

4. You ask each member what their strengths are and what they are willing to do for the group, there is no pressure on members (even the tiniest input will help the group as a whole)

5. You list your objectives for the group

6. You assign 'jobs' that need to be done like a Marketing Strategy, Media Campaign etc and you ask for volunteers to create Task Groups to address those issues or to post ideas and allow everyone to input on them until something concrete is formed.

7. Once you have formulated your strategies, you decide how to implement them i.e a Media Strategy. You identify the market you need to reach, you create a product that will appeal to the market and then you devise a strategy to get the product to that market. It's really fun and I am not a Marketing fundi at all but as a group I have no doubt we can come up with some innovative, interesting and non-threatening ideas to get our message out to the masses.

8. You sit back and wait for the reaction. You appoint Public Liason Members to deal with any enquiries from the Media or members of the public and you count your blessings when these start to arrive.

9. You work with other organisations that share your goals.

10. You enjoy what you are doing as this is a labour of love, you don't make money for it so you should have fun doing it !

I create the concepts for the Non-Profits and I administer a few of my own. I am good at research and organising but things like Marketing Strategies etc do not excite me. I have no doubt that all of us have unique skills that can be combined to create something that JP Skipper and all of us will be proud of.
